When you refer a new client, your referral will receive $10 off their first visit, and you will receive $10 off a future session after their first completed appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small private practice, late changes and missed appointments can leave appointment times that cannot be filled. To respect both my time and the availability of other clients, the following policies apply: Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not contact the office will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. *Repeated Rescheduling: While I understand that schedules and unexpected circumstances can arise, repeated rescheduling of appointments affects appointment availability and the ability to serve other clients. Clients who repeatedly reschedule more than 3 times may be required to place a non-refundable deposit to reserve future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service when the appointment is kept. If the appointment is canceled, rescheduled again, or missed, the deposit may be forfeited. This policy helps respect both your time and mine, and allows me to offer that time to another client in need.
